How does Lume work?
Every day Lume will ask you 12-15 questions about the way you feel and you can either write an answer or just send an emoji. These questions will always be personalized: Lume tailors them based on what you’ve answered on previous days to help you better understand yourself. The questions are also tailored to help you develop positive thinking, reduce stress, anxiety and improve self-esteem.
Every day, after completing a journaling session, you will be getting a short report on your wellbeing and unveil your daily avatar.
The longer and more often you keep the mindfulness journal, the more clearly you will understand what your mood and wellbeing depends on.
Why does Lume work?
